Starfury "End of Days" convention - May 2003

I'M GOING!

Hey, I'm Isie. I'm new.

My friends Amy, Gemma, Tanya, myself and my sister and mum are all going to End of Days!!! I can't wait!

Julie Benz-my favourite actress ever is going!

Also 'Fred', 'Connor' and 'Gavin' are going

We're told a new one every Friday - cross your fingers that tomorrow I'll find out Eliza is going!!

Apparently 1600 tickets have sold so far for this convention with 6 months left to go and still more guests to be announced 😀 😀 😀
 
Mike Masso has been announced as an extra guest 🙂

For those who are not aware Mike is David Boreanaz's stunt double and fight co-ordinator on the show.
 
This is the first time that Starfury events have taken place in Blackpool.

The Norbreck can house some 3000+ attendees for seating and partying whereas a lot of other venues have a maximum of 1200 attendees. Obviously Starfury are pulling all the stops to get 16 guest which does require more attendees to fund this.

Personally for the opportunity of seeing 16 guests and getting autos the price of the ticket and travel will be worth it 😀
 
I've never been to a convention before, but this sounds SO good! I don't really know anybody as obsessed with Angel/Buffy as me who would consider spending £70 plus travel & hotel etc 🙁

Hey there, when I first went to a convention I only went with my hubby and met about 6 people that I knew from the then Buffyuk.org

The next year we went to another Buffy Convention and there were more like 30 of us. At End of Days I think there's going to be 50+ people I know now.

Whereabouts are you from as you have about 15 weeks to find travel buddies if you wanna go, and there'll be plenty of us to keep you company 😀
 
Soo wish I could go, but it'll just be before my end of first year exams, and as a uni student I bet I'll be broke 🙁 🙁 And this one looks to be the best yet!
