I noticed that no-one here made a topic about Stargate Universe. Anyone here watch that? It's the newest Stargate series, with the recent cancellation of Stargate Atlantis. It takes a darker, more dramatic, and more serialized role than Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis, as in it's like the new Battlestar Galactica. The first season just ended a couple of weeks ago. Sci Fi Channel (aka: Siffy/Syfy) has released the entire first season online for free via their website and Hulu (which now only contain the last six episodes).

Yeah I've been watching and as much as I wanted to stop I always have given an hour a week to see if it is any good.
It definitely went off the Stargate path and as frustrating as it can be that the show has decided on this I'm willing to give it another season of watching.
The last episode has really opened a lot of different paths the show can go so I'm looking forward to the next episode.

I'm watching the show. Basically because it's part of the whole Stargate franchise. SGU goes into a different direction than SG1 and Atlantis but I can't seem to quit watching. There is something about the show that keeps me interested. My favorite characters are TJ and Everett. I guess you could call me a shipper then😉 I didn't like Dr. Rush right from the beginning. He just weird...
