First of all, the study recommends men to stare at boobs. So sorry for the females that love doing so. I also want to know how many gay men were in this study and in which group they were.

Secondly, why only ten minutes? If this is good for you why why not at least double the time? Doing it 24/7 might not be the best idea though. I get that. I think a lot of men are already passing the recommended limit. Sounds like alcohol, a little each day might be good for you but too much and you turn into a drooling idiot. 😉
