So who's starting Uni in September? And where is everyone off to? I'm going to Chester Uni to study Psychology and Social studies. What is everyone else planning to do? And is there any advice from those who are currently at Uni?

It's my second year at mckinley high school.Im goina to UW when i go to collage tho!(university of wyoming)

best advice i can give....know that you wanna get out of there as fast as possible...

by partying excessively...you risk extending your stay at the uni....costing more money..as well as morale...i mean..you don't wanna be a 7th year senior....it looks gay...especially for a guy...

but don't get anal bout studying...have escapes and have fun...but know when its time to tear shiz up academically...

I'm going into my honours year of my law degree next month, cant wait took a year off.

I remember my first day, so nervous, what if i didn't make friends or what if i make friends with the wrong sort of people and no one else talks to me. As I got up to go to my first lecture I saw this girl infront of me in the canteen and was thinking about asking her if she was on the law course. Next thing I knew she turned round and asked me if I was doing law. We clicked instantly and formed a great group of friends. Good old Gemma from Bermuda. Must email her actually to see when she is due back in the UK.

Its nice to hear that you made friends really easily, i hope its the same for me! i supose we're all in the same boat, not knowing anyone.

I'm hoping to get into uni next year to study Music 🙂, I really want to be a Secondary School Music teacher.

Two of my friends go to Uni and they haven't even finished school yet...leave it to me to be friends with the smart people, lol!.

Good luck to all of you guys. I am so envious!! I finished university some years ago and my ever-since-then-dream-fantasy is to have enough money to stop working and go back to uni and study all kinds of stuff for the rest of my life.

Have lots of fun!!! ENJOY!!! 🙂

Also starting Uni this year at the UEA, going to be studying computing of all things. Already have folks i know in the Deviant society that runs there, so finding new friends shouldn't hopefully be a problem. Really just want to get my head down and get through it all as quick as possible.

Anyway i hope it works out for everyone, being institutionalised for another 3 years isn't the best way to go about already spending all our childhoods force-fed. At least that's how I look at it. 😀

Bring on the money! 😛

Good luck to all you guys starting college this year. I had a great time all those years ago at Birmingham Poly (aka Uni of Central England) - hope you all do wherever you end up. Don't work to hard, try to have some fun as well 🙂
