An Extract From The Diary Of 'Father. Andrew Stuart'
It's been weeks since the demon known only as Gleakon managed to open the LA Hellmouth. They once called this city, the city of angels... now it houses vampires and demons alike. Tonight I end my life for they have blocked off all exits to the city, the sun has deserted us... and as the sun has deserted us.. so has my faith, why would our lord desert us like this? I would prefer to end it now than become one of the damned, bent upon bringing the world into the night.
Outside my parish, the city is riddled with lootings and the streets glisten with the blood of innocents.. people have come together to fight the damned but many have died, there is speak of a girl who fights them, kills them... knows their weaknesses but they come back ever the more stronger, taking the innocents down with them... I leave this church, this blessed ground to those who may need shelter, these religious icons hold the creatures at bay but for how long I have no idea.... for now... I must say good bye and find refuge in his eternal light, my faith may waver from time to time but never has it reached a peak this low...
I must say goodbye to my congregation now... a few of which have decided to join me in one last drink... one last blessing before moving on into the heavens.
This is my last entry if anyone finds this journal they will know the events that brought the City Of Angels into the dark embrace of night.
This is where our young heroes begin, in this church... Andrews body is lurched over a table covering this journal, wine spilled on the white cloth... a few more corpses lie on the pews... it seems to have been a decision to take this final communion together, they would rather face the grace of god than continue living in this hell on earth....
OOC: as you lot agreed this is the story I thought I'd give you all a little direction as the NY players had so you know where to begin.... 🙂 if you don't wanna follow it say in the LA discussion and I shall delete this post and you may begins however you see fit 🙂
