Buffy Summers would be your best bet, if you have a complete skin (meaning buttons and everything that's involved)
 
Then send it to me, and I'll have a look at it, see if I can make buttons and whatnot.
 
But just a note that I don't really take banner submissions. There are a whole host of reasons, including the fact that I don't want to take the chance that something was taken from another site (not that I think you would do that HisMrs, but just as a general point of policy) and the fact that if what is submitted isn't very good (again, this is not a comment on your particular graphics skills HisMrs) then I am put in the position of putting up a crappy skin or hurting someone's feelings. And trust me, even if they say their feelings won't be hurt, they will be.

Honestly, most of our experience has come from using avatars, which are like 1/10th the emotion from people of submitting a banner lol. Cause if we say "We accept submissions but we only will use what we like." THEN you get "Well, why did you use such and such person's but not mine?!" And the fact of the matter is, from experience, being great at signature banners does not mean you are great at board banners does not mean you are great at avatars. They are all different skill sets. Some people who make terrific banners SUCK at avatars! So it's actually better for all concerned for us to just ASK people for banners that we are sure can do them. Honestly, it was nerve wracking asking Lyri to do her first one lol
 
I always wanted to submit my Zillow(Oz/Willow) wallpaper in as a banner but I was to nervous to ask 😛 but I understand what you mean Buffy 🙂
 
You are welcome to send it to me, but I have to say, that unless I fall madly in love with it I probably will tell you that we don't accept submissions. Even if it's something I would normally put up if Lyri or edb did it, to take the risk that others who would later send me things would be offended I would have to be really in love with it 😉
 
I definitely understand that! On my forum, I did a skin contest once and the members votes on a banner I thought was AWFUL but I had to use it anyway... You don't want something up that makes your board look bad or poorly made! 🙂
