Suggestions for Award categories

Cheeseman Award- The Most Random poster
The Jenny Calender Memorial Award- Best Inactive Poster
The Gift Award- Best Bannermaker
Superstar Award- Most Creative
The Restless Award- Best Fanfic
Hostile_17 Award- Goes to a poster who has been on the boards for quite awhile, but still has a low post count and created a tournament on the Inside Out Boards

Alot of great suggestions! Keep 'em coming - I'll close this in a day or two at the latest beacuse as I think it would be good if we could get the categories decided on by the end of this month so we can start the votes on the 1st of each month and it's not long til October 1st. 😉

You will be able to vote up until the day before the end of each month, which allows us time to announce the winners on th elast day of the month.

If there is any member that doesn't want to be eligible for an award then please contact me so I know. That way then members who don't want to particiapte don't have to.
 
"They saved the board a lot" award for any member making a contribution above and beyond the call of duty. A occasional award rather than a regular one perhaps.

"Class protector" award for helping out newbies, getting folks out of a jam and generally being helpful etc.
 
Lets not turn this into a slanging match, everyone's ideas are welcome.
 
How about the Xander award can also go to the member who is the heart of a thread/board. The member who really tries to help other members who are having problems etc.

And an award for the person who has come out of their shell like........ummmmmmm, i can't thnk of a name.........maybe The Zeppo award to the person who pushed furhter than they have before.

Does that make sense or am i talking nonsense?
 
'Chosen'-award: member with the highest post count 😉
'Prophecy Girl'-award: aspiring new posting-talent
'Becoming'-award: biggest shipper
'Restless'-award: vaguest person around
'the Zeppo'-award: basically, a do-goodie, someone we ALL love
'Home'-award: member that brought about the biggest changes on these boards
'Lyle and Techtor'-award: tightest team of two members


Are there gonna be visiual representations of these awards, for ppl to put in their sig?
 
Tabula Rasa Award- Best Name
The Trioka Award of Excellence- Pretty much the biggest know it all. You know someone who knows all the trivia, has alot of speculation, pretty much a fan boy (comic terminology)

This may have been suggested but I don't have alot of time.

'The powers that be' or 'The power that is' for the most known (popular) people or person.

people may not like it but its obvious there are like 3 or 4 people more know then others. Won't mention any names.. Soulgasm 'cough', Oz 'choke sputter'.... many more.....
 
Lmao Zander8472 - don't worry - Soulgasm and I aren't eligible for awards because we're part of the staff. But we can still vote!::evil2::

Yeah, Put the mods in for one... My vote would go to the lovvvvvvely Willow 🙂 Although I am indeed bias, she is my forbidden love lol 😀
