Most of the time, people are criticizing the comics for what they did "wrong". But what "right" can it do but missed? I offer my list here.

1. Aluwyn never gets to interact with anyone else other than Willow and Rack.
2. Andrew's role in the gang was never addressed after S8.
3. Nadira's confrontation against Angel was interrupted by something else.
4. Buffy never confronted Angel for what he did.
5. Willow never had a protagonist state in S8 and S10. Buffy, Xander, Giles all had their inner monologues while Willow did not. Even the Willow-centered issue in S8 didn't have that.

What's yours?

So, so many:

The big one: Buffy is never, ever called out for her part in what she and Twilight!Angel did- the shagging post-slayer deaths. It wasn't mind-control (nobody ever uses that term) and yet people are really just mad at her for breaking the seed when she really didn't have a choice by that point.
Xander sort of reminds her of it at the end of S9 but Buffy basically blanks him by saying there are more important things at the time. Then he betrays her to save Dawn and ends up apologising for not having faith in her. Urgh.

And nowadays she gets to lecture Satsu and Willow on 'not trusting/working with' former enemies. Shut the f*** up!

Basically all of Bangel and Spuffy in the comics. Both have been handled in the worst way possible. Bangel was laughably, stupidly assasinated by the Twishite plot and Spuffy is never-endingly dull, shippy forfilment.
Both ships could've handled so much better by referencing themes and events from the run of the show (the ILY/NYD' thing from Chosen, the events from Angel S5, etc) to put in more drama.
In the same vein- The Immortal? Missed opportunity.

Rome as a base. Massive missed opportunity. An ancient (eternal) city steeped in occult lore, history, strife, political intrigue, thousands of square feet of underground locations for vamp hunts, demon lairs or mystical atefacts.
Instead Buffy now bums around SF. Sorry, but weak.

The other Buffy's? What happened to them. We know one of them died but the other one?

Buffy's love life in general after S8.

Dawn in the comics and how she regressed emotionally/ suddenly wants a normal life after wanting to part of Buffy's through all of S6 and 7. The writers just chuck anything at her now (giant/centaur/doll, ignored in a relationship, dying/Key plot-device, emotional regression) wheras she could've been a useful Watcher-junior type after Giles death or forfilled some other defined role.

Dawn/Xander: how did it happen, from their perspective?

What happened to any/all of the other slayers? What about the ones near the Cleaveland Hellmouth with Wood? We have no idea.

Willow being the mother of the New Seed, the New Magic. When she was at the Deeper Well, something guided her directly to where the New Seed was - if I remember well - and then, she gave birth to it! They should address it, and connect it to the Book's new rules that are being written.
