I think Orwell's supposed to be The Chess' daughter? There's too many hints about this. And she better not get together with Vince because that would be so wrong. 😛

I'll grant you that it's not the most exciting show that I've ever seen, but with "Burn Notice" having finished its season run, and "Castle," "Human Target," "Lost Girl," "Supernatural," and "Smallville" not on at the moment.t's either that, game shows, or reruns of "Walker, Texas Ranger," all of which I've seen so many times that I can tell before the opening credits are over just how many guys Chuck is gonna kick.

The Cape star Summer Glau has claimed that her character Orwell has a "complicated" relationship with Vince Faraday (David Lyons).

In the new NBC drama, the computer whiz assists former cop Faraday in his crusade against crime as superhero The Cape.

Glau told the Los Angeles Times: "I know from my perspective [and] the way that I'm playing Orwell how I feel about Vince and what I'm trying to portray throughout the episodes that we've already shot. I'm really interested to see what people think and if they're picking up on what I'm trying to express."

She added that Orwell has a "cool dynamic" with her partner, who is desperate to return to his wife and son.

"Her relationship with Vince is like a real-life relationship," she said. "Her feelings, what she would like to have [and] what she wants him to think about her is very complicated."

Glau's co-star David Lyons previously dismissed the suggestion that a romance could develop between Vince and Orwell.

I totally forgot to watch new ep. 😛 And I didn't wanna watch. But since you said there's more Summer, I gotta watch it now!

And oh no. I don't want them to hook up. I can see how Orwell can like Vince. But I want Vince to be loyal to his wife. ^_^

I can see Vince liking Orwell as well. 😉 But yes, he need to be loyal to his wife. If they had time (episodes) enough I'm sure it would be complicated at best. But since it doesn't look like they're going to get many more episodes I hope they try and wrap it up. I want to see the son knowing the truth.

That's because Glee is back and I was too lazy to watch new ep of The Cape. But it's really getting good. Dice was great and this one is even better. :cry:

I'm sorry for Summer and everyone in the cast and crew. But now will they air the new episodes?

I am so disappointed about the cancellation...and I haven't even watched any eps yet besides the first night's pilot and next ep! Any reasons for the cancellation? Honestly, I liked this a lot better than No Ordinary Family, which I have to kind of make myself watch (because I love Julie Benz). I just haven't had time to catch up, now I don't know if I should bother. 🙁

I am upset I meant to watch this one day forgot my dvr messed me up by breaking as well now I was like oh it is going on break going to catch up to learn that it is most likely getting cancelled. I am mostly upset for Summer I want her to catch a break.

I read somewhere it was going to be a special episode online. I am with you if they are at 9 episodes might as well at least give them a full 13.
