Sunnyvale, California name America's Happiest Town!

That is pretty freakin' hilarious... I know it's not real, but in my mind I'm imagining Mayor Wilkins III walking around saying stuff to the people of the town like he did with Faith. You know, preaching about cleanliness, smiling, and mini-golf. LOL

Did you look at the home prices? Like 150K to live in California? 3 BR 2 Bath? In a neighborhood with that "Camezotz clean" feel? Oh yeah, there's vampires.

But even taking into account the vampires, it is STILL a way better deal than buying real estate on the East Coast.
