Well it's that time of year again. What is for many fellow Americans their favorite holiday. Super Bowl Sunday. 😛
A time when many will call in sick or say a solemn prayer if they have to work...

Almighty TiVo, we thank you for all the gifts you have given us: the power to freeze live TV to go take a leak is nothing short of Godlike. Let's not forget fast-forwarding through commercials. It seems greedy to ask anything more from you, O magic box, but if you malfunction and miss the Super Bowl, we will destroy you in the alley with baseball bats. - Amen.

I for one will be home in time for the game. So I'll be ready...

Around our house, we call it the Stupor Bowl.

The game seems to favour very safe plays rather than anything that could break the game wide open. I would be happy to be proven wrong but give me college football with mistakes, gaffes and unexpected plays every time that make it exciting. Other than the "wardrobe malfunction" of 2004 (for which the FCC levied fines of $500,000 to the networks), there isn't much that's expected to be interesting today (and if you are waiting for another wardrobe malfunction, the networks now have the halftime show on a 7-second delay).

Agreed. Not a Patriots fan either but really, not much of a fan period.
I, for one, hope the rumours are true. That Gwennie Poohs is supplying the game 'balls' and she has changed them to be a haggis.
The thought of all them silly men hugging a haggis.
 
It just won't be the same if he has what the Americans refer to as a wardrobe malfunction, what the rest of the world calls flashing. Except the Chinese that is, apparently they have a different language altogether.
From what I have been told there was a lot of negative comments on the initial wardrobe malfunction, now if Timberlake had been on stage with Miss Upton no one would have complained as much.
 
The game just started...
I haven’t decide if I will stay up and watch it all yet.

Guess it depends on how close the game seems to be.
Will be rooting for Eagles. I’m sick and tired if New England. lol

I love watching Handegg! 😛 Sadly it always seems to air at such a poor time around here that there's no real point in me trying to stay up to watch it, so last couple of years I've stopped bothering. Don't even know who played this year, but go teams! Hope the best one of you won 😀

Good game. Bad outcome.
You lucky person having the Handegg air at a poor time. Considering how much money they spend on the game its never on at any poor time in America.
In Australia it'll never appear in a super bowl this country is so broke its always in a cheapo bowl.
I tried to watch the Handegg but I fell asleep, why am I so lucky?

WTF are you talking about?!?! Since when were we talking about football? I thought we were talking about handegg? I don't know any football players, only real team I know about is the All Blacks from like Australia or Ireland or somewhere.
