Supermoon Lunar Eclipse

Where I am it's too cloudy, no pretty moon for me it seems.

Which did you want to see the most, the supermoon or the lunar eclipse. The moon was declared super because it was very close to the Earth, the next time will be in 2033.
If you want to see the same sort of effect watch a full moon at just above the horizon in the early evening, all the crap over the earth combines to make the moon appear a dark orange, also the crap in the atmosphere will make the moon appear bigger.
If you want to ' see ' the eclipse part just close you eyes.

Completely missed it! Which is a shame, it would've been cool to see, though I've heard from people who live where I do that it was very cloudy so I might not have seen anything anyway.

It was cloudy here too (there was even a chance of meatballs earlier in the day) but the clouds miraculously parted about 15 minutes before it's peak.
