Supernatural has fast become my "must-watch tv". I've read a lot of (imho) go-se about seasons 3 & 4 online. People not digging the storyline, or people concerned about the repitition in the over-arch. I just flat out love this show & it keeps getting better and better. Season 3, I will concede lacked direction but that can simply be attributed to the WGA strike which hit mid-season. However it did provide the episodes Bad Day At Black Rock, Mystery Spot & Ghostfacers, which are among the funniest things I've seen in the hour-long scripted drama dept since Firefly. From the start of season 4 the improvement overall in script & acting is palatable. The writers are comfortable with the characters, the actors likewise. For me it has simply gone from strength to strength. My concern for the future is that creator Eric Kripke is to stand down as the day-to-day head of the show from next (season6) season & had long said he envisioned the show as a 5 season project. Don't get me wrong I hear good things about Sera Gamble (the exec producer who is to take over) I just hope that it doesn't lose that indefinable quality which has made it my fav show currently on air.
