So tomorrow night is the third episode of Season 7 of Supernatural. I thought this could be the thread to discusss the episodes as they air!

How do you think the Season is going? What do you like? What do you dislike?

SAM AND DEAN ARE HEADING STRAIGHT TO DOCTOR SEXY!! EEEEEK

What do you think of the Leviathans? Do you think they'll be the central big bad of the season?

What do you think about Cas? Do you think that's the last we will see of him? I hope not, that wasnt much of an exit! I was looking forward to seeing him possessed by the Leviathans for longer. The scene at the end of the first episode was amazing - I thought Misha did such a good job - it was in his eyes and demeanor - shame that had to end!!!

Anyways what are your thoughts?????

I think season 7 is GREAT! So much better than the mess that was season 6. This season is more fast paced and i love how the episodes pick up one right after the other. On the Leviathans though, I'm just a bit confused. They dont seem on a massive scale, as obviously say lucifer--is their sole mission here to feed?? But I'm loving the mystery--we know so little about them and purgatory. Very exciting stuff.

Jewel Staite is in tonight's episode! Although in the preview it looked like she was bashing Sam's head off a tree of sorts...doesn't look too good.

Overall, I think it is going pretty good. I'm kind of sick of Sam being sick...I just want him to get better, since S6 was terrible for him. And the whole Cas deal is breakin my heart! I love him! But the thing with Cas' coat was so adorable...I'm really depressed abut Cas. 🙁

I officially trust Sam's judgement more than Dean's. I'm really getting tired of him and his 'I know best because I'm always right' attitude. I hope he gets his ass kicked next week.

Can't believe what Dean did!
That scene when the little boy watched Dean kill his mother really got to me!! You can tell that could be a good storyline in a few years (if the show continues lol) about that boy looking for Dean in revenge. I know they are demons, but the little boy watching his mum die reminded me of the whole arc with Yellow Eyes killing Dean & Sam's mum infront of them. You would have thought with that history Dean would have acted differently seeing the boy. You could tell Amy was being sincere and truthful, irrespective of Dean's blind belief that she'd kill again. On the other hand it is a tricky situation to judge - how could you ever know that another situation wouldnt arise when she'd have to kill? Would humans lives be spared then or would it be necessary for her to kill? Although Amy's past with Sam - killing her own mother to spare a human's life - clearly showed her attitude towards killing humans. Dean did spare the child even though he would inevitably grow up as the same demon because he never killed anyone. Its a tough judgement call but ultimately I went with Sam on this one!

P.S I MISS CAS!!!!!!!!!!!

Gah! Why did Dean have to be such a jerk! If only the episode ended with the "Trust me" scene. 🙁

And I miss Cas too
 
Sam is officially the more sympathetic brother for the first time since season 3 ended.
 
Wow! Me wasn't liking Dean very much by the end of that. I pretty much knew what the episode was about, spoilers hehe, so I wasn't hating on Dean but that last scene, especially the boy witnessing Dean killing his parent, that was awful. Had Dean not spoken to the kid, telling him to get his revenge one day, I would have thought he didnt care, or remember that he was pretty much in the same situation as a kid. I liked that he told the kid to find him in a few years, and the kid telling him he'd kill him. Dean obviously knows what he did, that it was wrong, but feels that it was justified. I don't particularly feel that it was justified, seeing as Amy didnt wish to kill.

I'm wondering where they are going with this. Is Dean gonna lose it? I'm really interested to see the aftermath of this. It oddly made me realise just how far this series has come, how far the brothers have come, and things are so not as black and white, or simple, as they used to be..

On a side note, the Leviathans stuff is awesome. It's a bit like WTF, all they want is to feast, but somehow there's such a big creep factor here. We know so little, and yet they are terrifying--the stuff in the hospital is scary, edge of the seat type of tv..

Oh and 'AMY POND' -- hehe me happy..
 
I'm loving season 7 (well, minus the end of 7x03). Much better than season 6.
I'm disappointed with Cas' exit, too. Very anti-climactic and it didn't to justice to the character (the whole turning him evil was just stupid, in my opinion. Although, Misha was brilliant at playing the leviathan). Apparently Misha will be back, but if so, it won't be for a long while, and probably not as Cas, but in some other incarnation.

I really liked the scenes with Lucifer in 7x02. Mark Pellegrino was great. Don't know if he'll be around anymore, which is a shame, but...

Yeah, I'm pretty disappointed in Dean. I mean, I get why he thought he had to kill Amy, but still...and in front of the kid...By doing that he's just created more of a monster than Amy would have been, 'cause now the kid wants revenge. *sigh*

Next week should be good. Jo's back. Yay! 😀

Especially about Cas. The whole turning evil thing, been there done that.
Well I read somewhere both Lucifer (in whatever form Sam has been seeing him as) and Cas will be back for more episodes. I think Cas is gonna be away for quite a bit (like 10 eps or something like that), but he'll be back.

Exactly. Resurrections are so old now with SPN. Now when people die I don't really care...No more resurrections! (Gabe is the exception though) 😀

The third episode was not really good, though. And the ending was weird...
Seriously Dean? Going behind Sam and killing the girl? I expect some ass kicking coming his way if Sam ever finds out. And it would be well deserved.

I definitely agree about Gabriel. They shouldn't have killed him. He was the best. 😀

I don't think Jo will actually be resurrected resurrected, though. Just for the ep.

Yeah, Lucifer/Mark Pellegrino was just fantastic. I hope we see him again soon. 🙂

Im sure Lucifer will be back - he did say to Sam, 'ok so im not real but im not going anywhere' or something along those lines! I love that actor - he was so great as Jacob in Lost, and he's perfect for Lucifer!!!

I LOVED this week's episode - the trial scene was amazing. That Osiris guy was great, such a great character!! Really enjoyed his role as the Judge!!! I also loved seeing all the old clips from the series coming back!

Last nights episode was great! I'm so happy for Sam, he's getting better finally. On the other hand...I'm still upset with Dean for
killing Kaylee!...or Amy and for not telling Sam about it
When that secret comes out, which it will, sparks are going to fly...it wasn't just Dean being an a#$hole, he lied to Sam and denied his trust!
