There's really no sense arguing over any of this as it can't be explained through any science we have. Even physicists are discovering that the physics that works on Earth doesn't necessarily work out in the middle of space (or in a black hole, which is a REAL physics mess).

I suggest we all take a deep breath and step away from the keyboard.

I would be interested to read these links you have (though wold prefer a new thread or PM because these aren't supernatural - so no Spoons, Black Holes would be off topic) about how physics doesn't work.

Having said that Black Holes, while we don't have all the answers do actually follow model projects and to say 'physics doesn't necessarily work' in them is miss leading - Physics as we understand it does just different things need to be taken into account.

But then I suppose the argument 'God did it' could be used just like it was used to fill in the gaps in Gravitational Theory (pesky Einstein!) so then it would fit in the Supernatural thread.

If you allow the theory, then Black Holes would be allowed. They, like aliens, are not of this world, so according to some, they are supernatural.
A theory exists that god is the other side of the black hole, 200 years ago people would point to space and say god is there - so they were right (according to the theory).
A black hole sucks in everything, they are getting bigger so eventually the earth will be drawn into a black hole.
But then again.
If we are already on that other side of the black hole, then according to the bible we are in heaven and if the black hole represents hell, does that mean the devil will win?

Oh, and the theory about black holes being gods home = I just wrote it, so in theory it is a theory because I wrote it.

I haven't heard of any time frame of when a black hole will swallow us up. But I seem to remember the time that the sun will expand to char-boil us is 500,000 years.
Maybe I should use the word them as there is a slim possibility I won't be here.

You're WAY off mate. 500,000 years is nothing.

We're talking 5bn years. The sun will expand and die after its lived for when it reaches 10bn years old - we're just approaching 5bn now so don't fret, you still have time to do those little things you alwas planned.
