Some (offensively profound censored expletive) friend burned a hole in my couch with a cigarette. What makes it worse is I don't allow smoking in my living room. I'm not going to go into all the details, because they're not important.


What I want to know is, does anyone have any tips on how I can fix, or disguise, reduce,etc the hole/burn mark, etc.
 
What kind of material is the couch?

Ooooohdear,thats a toughie.How about taking a small piece
of fabric from a less noticable place,i.e,the back,and glueing
it over the hole?That only works if the settee's against a wall though.
 
I'm sure you can get those little suede repair kit thingys. I'm guessing its never gonna look like new unless you take it somewhere to be done professionally but it's better than nothing.
 
^^^ I agree, that's probably your best bet. You could ask at a furniture repair place - will probably cost you though. A shoemaker/leatherworker might be able to give you a suggestion.
