Swap Characters Early to Late Seasons

Pick a character from the later seasons and trade them with someone from the early seasons. They can be major or minor. Who would you have liked to have seen in the high school years? Who would you have liked to have seen in the college/adult years?

I would have liked to have seen Tara in the high school years. The writers might have had a challenge making her different than Willow back then but I think they could have done it and it would have been interesting to explore someone as shy and quiet as her in High School. I also would very much like to have seen Andrew in High School.

As far as the later seasons, that's hard because most of the characters that left, left for a reason but I would have been grateful for Jenny to come back or possibly never die at all. I would have liked to see her and Giles' relationship progress. Or I'll echo everyone in the Unpopular Opinions thread and say I would like more Snyder in the later seasons.

I wouldn't have changed anything like that... I think when we saw the characters was good.

I would have swapped Jenny for Olivia. Oh and maybe swap Oz for Andrew, that would have been interesting.

I would have put Riley maybe in the high school years. I think if he came in early like that he could have had a chance plus maybe they could have made the relationship between him and Buffy better. I like Riley in general the actor mainly 😛 so that would have been nice. Plus it would have maybe elimated Bangel in season three.

Later on maybe Oz instead of Warren it is hard because I really love Andrew and Jonathon. Warren is the problem in that situation. Maybe they could have been introduced to the scoobies later on.

In angel I pretty much love how everything went and it added up perfectly I guess Faith could have came in more later I just liked her vibe on that show a lot through her progress points.

Also Spike could have been introduced sooner to the Angel cast. I love Spike and he is one the main reasons I loved Buffy so much but I really loved him on Angel. So if he would have came over sooner would have been fine with me.

I would have loved to have seen Season 7 Spike in Sunnydale in Seasons 2 and 3, just for the comedic affect of him and Angel growling and snarling at each other the way that they did in Season 5 of "Angel," especially if Dawn were there and had the kind of crush on Spike that she had in Season 5. Also, as an aside, I think that he would have helped Buffy in taking care of Angel after he came back from hell and stood with her against the Scoobies when they found out about it, just like he took her side against them in Season 7.

As much as I like Tara, having her there while Willow and Oz were together would have just been more soap opera than comedy, the way Spike and Angel would have been.
