Coming off the heels of the Technicolor Dream House I now share the Swedish Predator House! So this Swedish homeowner is selling his house.. the only 'drawback' is he (and his house) is obsessed with Predator

haha, saw this one earlier today. It's pretty cool but I suspect - if sold - he'll take all of his predator stuff with him (or her I suppose). Leaving you with just a house. What a bummer!
I wonder how much money he has invested to make it look like that, it's pretty darn cool if you're that into Predator, but it must have been quite the expense to fix the walls and get that statue and all.

I was under the impression it was being sold as is, hence the cost. The 'back half' of the house is pretty much converted to a predator mothership feel to it, to gut all of that out would be gutting a good deal of the house.

Unfortunatly somewhere in the house there's a 'light switch' that actually a self-destruct button...😀

Also the doorbell alternates between a sinister laugh and saying 'Over here/turn around.' repeatedly.

The price is pretty regular actually, and kind of low considering the personal renovations. Just seems crazy to me to fix your house like that and then just leave it...

Yeah, the price kinda surprised me too. Thought it would be higher.
But then... perhaps it's actually bad from a selling point to have such a special look and theme.
How many buyers will that actually attract?

I think that's some of it.. the head is behind like a dungeon wall.. imagine getting up in the middle of the night and walking past all the predators heads to walk into a dungeon to relieve yourself.. I don't think that many would find that an actual selling point... let alone if you had any young kids. 
I mean for real.. I had that Darth Vader action figure head carrying case as a kid and one night I left it in the window sill and I woke up to someone peering in the window at me and screamed bloody murder.. I can't image how much worse the predator house would be.
