Andy when referring to filming Lorne-centric Episode 5, when a sleep-deprived Lorne inadvertently causes everyone to take his suggestions to heart - and his hulking green alter ego manifests itself, reampagin through Wolfram & Hart Halloween Party.
" I have to say that when I shot that, both myself and Lorne were terrified at what was happeing and just the thought of being responsible for that manifestation," Andy notes.
"[the actor playing the manifestation is] 6' 10", I don't know how many pounds, and he's just a huge dude. His costume is padded, but he has on the same suit that I have on. Of course, it was hysterical. David [Boreanaz] and I couldn't even look at him, because of him in this silk suit. [When it was time to film David's close-ups], David said to me [standing off-camera, feeding lines], 'Okay, I know you're supposed to say your lines, but just don't say it, because it's going to make me laugh. I'm not going to look at him - I'm going to look away.' Because looking at him - I don't even know how we stood there."
