This was the first season 8 one-shot, and I have not read it. Should I? From the summary, it doesn't appear to have anything to do with the rest of season 8. Am I missing anything?

I haven't read it since I first bought it, but from what I remember you aren't missing anything...unless you want a complete season 8 set 😉

Nah, I don't have a complete set anyway. I have The Long Way Home TPB, then I've read NFFY through Retreat via the library. I had to buy all the issues after that, although I've misplaced my Willow one-shot. I wonder if they'll do a big season 8 in one volume, kinda of like they're going to do with Angel ATF (it's a premiere edition, coming out in March I believe).
