Do you talk to your television, well I do ...

I found myself talking much more ( to btvs)s6-s7 and Ats s5...

I wanna know what you do when something happens on a program you don't like/or do like it can be any program I wanna know...
what ran thru your mind and so on..

I'll start
btvs
Beneath you(spikes scene) --- well I was floored for one thing 'man thats like shakespreare or something... I was thinking that man can act the pants of any girl (god am I a dirty girl)
......

I constantly shout at the tv, but most of mine came when watching Lois and Clark and like most would shout 'how can you not know! Its Clark without his glasses and his hair slicked back...are you blind!'

I DID THAT! But that I can't remember when the shows on so I can't do that anymore.
I yell at the t.v quite usually when the football is on because as we all know us arm chair fans know what the players should do more than the players or mangers..... well we think we do.

LMAO! Yeah I've got the same problem with Logan from Dark Angel. "It's eyes only but with his glasses on... are you blind or just plain stupid!?"

My most lady like language gets used on the refs 😉

LOL! I always thought that!
I think refs have to deal with a lot of abuse. I have yelled at refs quite a bit..but for hockey, not football. Other than that, I have thrown video game controllers around. It only happened for one game though. The first Buffy game on xbox. Save points were too far apart, and this one time, I would start from my last save, get like 10 minutes in, and boom...die. I would then have to go back to the save point...this happened to me like 20 times in a row(or about 3 and half hours), and on that last time I died I freaked out, yelled and hurled my controller at the floor in disgust. The next day I came back to it, and got through it on my first attempt....figures.

I sat through a whole episode of Charmed once. About 15 minutes in, I'd been functionally lobotomised, and could no longer shout at the television. Luckily, that was just in time for the ... plot... to wrap up for the Special Musical Guest...

Scrubs makes me very vocally annoyed sometimes. Clearly, JD and Elliot are just stupid enough for each other. And I get why they have to be splitting up/ nearly together/ not quite all the time, but it is horribly frustrating sometimes. And Shawn just reminds me of Riley so much I panic...

Hehee. I love your posts. I was just watching Scrubs and was very glad that the Elliot/JD thing was over. No more shouting - just laughs.

Crap, sorry Faith, I commented on the wrong post of yours. I meant to put it on the Lois and Clark post. Sorry!

i talk to the tv.. i can be very annoying to others as well, like on my birth day i got a dvd from my boyf(amongs other things...) and a couple of days later we watched it, on his dads computer(we were on vacation..) and if it was just me and my sweet, it would be fine, but on eof his brothers and his father as there to and it was a "horror flick" or something related to it.. and i talked now and then...

i am very bad when something happend that i dislike, like in the end of the movie thirteen, when eve (well the ones who have seen it knows that last scene with eve..) i was so frustrated, and angry that i was ver tempted to through something at the tv(but i was only visiting someone)

yeah, i also hate when they have stupid plots like with lois and clark.. and horror flicks; well some of them they also tend to have alot of those moments, where you don't exacly think very higly of the characters mental abilities! :compsmili

I don't talk to the tv, I mean I don't say real words. But I go like "Iiiihh" or make other weird noices all the time when something good/bad is about to happen, or when someone does somthing sweet.. Well, and sometimges and complain to the tv when they're doing stuff that aren't logical or saying things that sound really cliche..

Yes I do indeed! Most of mine seems to come during Amazing Race though. That show just gets me RILED up!!! I was standing up and yelling!

Other than that...only during Hockey season 😀

Evil Colin and Christie! I am ALWAYS yelling at them!
I do that alot...When watching Titanic, I'm the worst..."Turn the boat! TURN THE BOAT DAMMIT!" :hihi: Everytime!
Oh, and whenever watching Seeing Red: "Tara! Get away from the window! Please get away from the window!"
Or Passion: "Run Jenny! Run!" but they never listen, do they?

LOL!
I yell at the TV all the time! Like a few days ago, while watching Angel, Lilah and Wes were together at the time, and I literally Yelled,(quote) "NO! LILAH MUST DIE! BLOW OFF HER HEAD AND WATCH HER SUFFER! SHE DOESN'T BELONG WITH HIM! NOOOOOOOOOOOO! IT BURNS!" (un-quote) And then I threw a pillow at the tv.

I have many outbursts, like that one, alot. I can't spend more then two hours, when watching tv, to not yell at it at some point. It's like, my job to yell at the tv...weird.....

Re:

Haven't thrown anything lately, but do on occasion yell. For example the grand finale of ATS. I think the words out of my mouth were "You've GOT to be ****ing kidding me!" I guess I get grouchy when I'm left wanting more! ::rm::

I do the same. Relay at any Sport not just Football. Also at the News No one will watch the news with me. Well not true my Papa does but he yells at the T.V. as much as I do. And mostly at the same parts it's kinda wired. But I also yell or throw things at the T.V. when I watch almost any thing... Or whine if it's sad. I was watching a movie today and it was so sad. and I kept saying it so sad, why do thay have to make it so sad, Don't die you can't, Don't kill him, Don't hurt him, He didn't do it, Come on Win, And a lot more. Every one got so mad at me cuz I would not Shut-up.

I do stuff like that but what I do the most is that I walk away and like goes: "Embarressing, Embarressing..." And says that like all the time. Or I can like give away some sound and then turn away from the TV like it was me that whatever happened, happened to. It's annoying like hell.
