Tara as a character, and favourite episode?

I liked Tara alot but she's not one of my favorites, like Fred she's just a nice person thats hard not to like. Older and far away would be my favorite Tara ep, i liked seeing her defend Willow from Anya.

I don't know, maybe it's just me, but Tara looks stoned almost all the time. Her face says 'I don't know that is going. I like peanut butter'. I think it's all about her face expression.
