If you could choose, either Tara'd still be alive and there would have never been a Darth Rosenberg. Or the way things happened now. Which one would you rather have?
 
I'd rather have Tara stay alive. There could have been other ways to have Dark Willow show up... like Dawns' death.
 
@PS, Dawn's death would hardly upset Willow enough, specially if she had Tara around to calm her.
 
I say the way it turned out, as much as I loved Tara, the way she went was just amazing. And the whole Dark Rosenberg was just the best arc ever so it has to be the way it turned out!!!
 
I wish Tara had never died, but Willow going evil was an amazing way to end teh season, and the only way that would happen was if Tara died. So as much as i liked Tara, i had to go with Darth Willow.

wow...i haven't heard many people say this...any specific reason why? i loved Tara but i really liked the story with Darth Willow.

I think that Alyson did a terrific job playing her character evil. That is why it hurt so bad to watch it. I like really happy, go-lucky, fun luving things for the most part, including Buffy related things. Watching the Willow that I luv go all evil and hurt those around her that she has such special friendships really hurt me to watch.

A dear friend always reminds me that we need those dramatic elements to make the show worthwhile and captivating for the watchers and I really do understand that. But sometimes I can barely stand to watch it. I just want to fast forward through all the bad stuff and get to the happy moments again.

Don't get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoy BTVS in its entirety. 🙂
 
I on the other hand truely enjoy damatic moments...arth Willow was like my dreams coming true..Even such sewwt girl like our redhead can be evil...
 
As much as I love Evil Willow, I rather have Tara since they put Willow with Kennedy in season 7 which was wrong. Willow could do better than her.
 
I also didn't like Kennedy..She was way worse than Tara,but Darth Willow is just my role model 😉
