Tara VS Kennedy

Who do you like more: Tara or Kennedy??

smackdown time! it's time to choose who you like more. (also, i just want to see how bad tara will kick kennedy's ass, because i bet we all wish we could have seen that on the show, am i right?)



so who's it gonna be? TARA or KENNEDY??
 
good question. its tough to say.

tara = good person, loyal, not that sexy.
kennedy = crazy, doesnt seem all that trust worthy, sexy.

however, i am a person of loyalty, so if i have to choose one, i choose tara.

No. Man, you Kennedy-haters really like to speak for everybody, don't you? Should have learned better by now. 😉

I liked them both, in different ways. They're quite different people with different personalities - which is as it should be. I can't wrap my head around the concept that every character in a story should be a carbon copy of the others. It's not like that in Real Life, and doing it that way in fiction makes for boring fiction.
 
I love willow and tara and tara in general, i dont hate Kennedy although at times she could be kinda annoying i just prefer tara

i get what you're saying. all of the characters on the show do reciprocate personalities that can be found in real life. it's just the type of personality the character kennedy has doesn't appeal to me at all-- she was just way to forceful in practically everything she did on the show. if she didn't get something she wanted, she was a brat about it. hence the extreme bias toward tara-- she was pretty much always thinking of others first. but i never expected any characters to be copies of another. you're right, that doesn't make for good fiction, and that diversity allows audiences more characters to relate to...
 
I like them both, and think that both relationships were important to Willow. Sure, she was with Tara for a longer time, and it might have been "real love" in a different way. I just don't get the hating Kennedy thing.
 
Kennedy just rubbed me the wrong way, i can't put my finger on any exact reason, but she did
so i voted Tara because i just loved her character - the sweetness, the integrity she possessed, her strength and the love she had for Willow
 
of course it's Tara! I don't like Kennedy very much... :/ And Willow and Tara were just so cute together! 🙂

We've had Slayer vs Badass witch before.

Kennedy wasn't as 'long in the tooth' as Buffy but then Tara wasn't as 'dark' as Willow.

As much as I love Tara, I think I would say that Kennedy would win in a physical/magical smackdown.

But honestly, I don't see why Tara/Willow/Kennedy can't just ALL get along and have a wicked awesome fivesome with Faith and Illyria.
 
I can't really choose...we didn't really get to know Kennedy that well but I liked her a lot, and I liked Tara a lot as well. *shrug*
 
Tara, Tara, Tara all the way. Kennedy was alright...as a potential. As a love interest for Will I pretty much found it blergh. I never considered Willow gay, I think she just found her soulmate and her soulmate just happened to be Tara who was a girl ya get me? So when I saw her with Kennedy it totally messed my world haha.
But I so prefer Tara to Kennedy. Tara I think was one of only a few characters on the show who didn't have those major look how wrong i can go flaws. The worst she ever did was the hiding spell in 'Family' and she was just so lovely and sweet. Heck, I'm still heartbroken over her death even though it was years later hehe. So yeah, Tara my vote is definitely for her
 
As far as I'm concerned Kennedy was the anti-christ and should have been fed to an Turok-han!! I HATED her!!! and it had nothing to do with Willow she was just so...I don't even have words!
 
I never really like Kennedy's character. I've never had a problem with Tara, except when she first joined, it felt like she was too shy and trip over her words too much. But, I like Tara and I'd prefer her to be with Willow over Kennedy any day.
Although, as much as I absolutely love Anya, I would have liked to see Willow and Xander get together at the end of the series. I'd love to elaborate, but that's another discussion. 🙂

Tara for sure, no questions asked.
 
I'm going on memory here, but Kennedy was in season 7 right? >.< and tara was the shy quiet type?

I wish Oz was a choice lol. I guess I'll pick Kennedy?
