Question Tara & Willow’s wedding

Was looking at the news yesterday about the same sex marriage issue in California and had an idea about Tar & Willow. The relationship with Tara and Willow being a lesbian relationship with just more kissing each other and hinted about the bedroom was ground breaking during the later half of the 1990s.

If and only if Buffy the Slayer was going to have a television season in 2012-2013 with the same characters of the original series: "˜would Tara and Willow gone off and gotten married.' It is an odd question as it could never really happen with the original characters. Still, Buffy the Vampire did break ground with a progressive lifestyle. Would it today have open the door to same sex marriage?

If Joss hadn't killed her off, that could be happen. I would love to see that. Those two were soulmates, more than Willow and Oz and more than Willow and Kennedy.

I'm sure it could've happened (if Tara didn't get killed)...probably still wouldn't have progressed to that until season 8 depending on whether Joss kept the evil willow thing for the end of season 6 with a different catalyst.
