I have a small butterfly on the outside of my left wrist which I love and a star on the back of my neck. I personally have nothing against tattoos I think a lot of them are beautiful and it's your body you have the right to put art on it if you want.

I have 1 on the small of my back. It's a red rose, with its stem going through a Claddagh ring.

I like tattoos in general, but it depends on the motive of course. 🙂 I have no problem with people getting them on a whim or just because they look pretty, but as I am a really planning person I wouldn't go about it that way myself. 🙂 I have a tattoo since a few years back and this february I'm adding stuff to it. I'm really excited, I have thought about it a lot and have found a great tattoo artist. It isn't Btvs or Ats related though. 🙂

yeah, she's big in germany, right? I don't know what the story is called in english, but I'm guessing something like "dearest sister", it's about a girl who has a secret twin that lives under a rose bush in the garden. 🙂

mhm, no I don't know about this story from her! And yes she is very famous here in Germany. I think everybody in my class would know who she is! But it seems as if it this history means a lot to you if you even have a tattoo about it! That's great! I guess it reminds you at your childhood! 🙂

I like tattoos, I have six of them but they're all really small. And none of them are Buffy related.
Most of them didn't hurt but I had the word "androgynous" tattooed around my ankle, and I'll be honest, that was brutal 😀

I have one tattoo, on my back, at the base of my neck. It's a celtic sister knot, me and my sister went in together and got the same tatt, in the same place, at the same time, we were in the same room together having it done by 2 different tattooists, it was really great lol 😀 I'd never get a tatt that didn't mean something to me, or on a whim, it would have to be really important and planned for me 😀

I love tattoos. Im always for people getting them. As said before, it always depends on what they get, who gets it, and why they get it.. but Im a big fan of them. I have nearly 30 tattoos myself.. I've got one sleeve nearly complete and one half sleeve.. my chest, my sides, my back, both legs, neck, ect.. ive just been to broke to go all out, haha.

It always seemed that most of the characters on the show had them covered unless it played into a plot; like Angels. They should have had a character in the college years, just decked out.. even if it was just one of Oz's buddys, hah.

I don't know if I mentioned it here, or elsewhere.. I had several portrait tattoos on my left leg. Eventually, when its covered, I want to move up my leg and get a large 'buffy/angel' portrait. Although Im a Spuffy fan, I think this image is the show in many ways, it says it all in a way..

It seems to me like the family, social milieu, and culture in which I've always lived is one that strongly eschews and even disapproves of tats.

It has taken me a while to get to a point where I don't find them jarring, but I'm there now.

I'd actually even consider getting one someday IF I could think of something meaningful enough but I can't.

Haha, just by the way, today I watched the episode "The Dark Age". In this epside we firstly get informed about Giles Ripper past and there is this demon who haunts Giles and Ethan because they and some other friends set him free! The demon can find them because of a tattoo. In the end of the episode, Giles is not the only one with a tattoo. Buffy has a new one too 😀 😀

I don't have any tattoos, but I feel like I will probably get one at some point in my life. There's no symbol I've wanted enough to put it on me permanently. I would also probably have some by now if I wasn't so scared of my Mom's reaction!
