Teenage artist 'removes his nipples and belly button' so he can sell them as art

The fact he posted this photo of himself in March with, seemingly, nipples – plus many other nipples Photoshopped on, appears to suggest that a) he had nipples not so long ago, not long enough ago for scars to have *entirely* healed, and b) that he’s got history with nipple-related Photoshop.
We’ve reached out to Karim to find out more about his nipple jewellery, ask him if this is all real (cough) or a very well-played hoax, and ask him which other body parts he plans to sell off next.
