Television Season Finales: Most Unmissable

The season finales are coming up. Some of them have mysteries they promise to solve. Which one do you absolutely have to see. Like if you can only manage to see one of them, which one must it be.

Desperate Housewives is the only one of these shows I watch, so that's definitely the one I'd see.
(I wish I would have been able to watch Lost though, but.. they air all TV shows on Wednesdays 21:00 in Sweden, stupid people, so I've only seen the first two episodes.)

Of those listed there is only 24 that i'm remotely interested in. I'm really looking forward to seeing how that plays out.

Lost is a potential new show for me but it still hasn't even started airing in the UK yet so i'm still waiting to see if i'll enjoy it as much as i think i will.

I was a little surprised to see that you missed Alias off this poll, N4H. It has had an up and down year admittedly but from everything i've heard it is the season finale that people have really been looking forward to, apparently there are a lot of plotlines being tied up and more importantly the Rambaldi arc is coming back to the forefront of the show.

No way am I missing Veronica Mars! I have to find out who killed Lily, who raped Veronica and if Duncan and Veronica are related.

Desperate Housewives, but it might be slighly masochistic as I imagine its only gonna open up hundreds of more mysteries.

I forgot about Alias! Veronica Mars is better, but that's no excuse to miss the season finale of my spy show.

No way in hell am I missing the Veronica Mars finale. I absolutely have to know the answer to all the mysteries. I don't care what I have to do to make sure I see it.

hmm its a close call between LOST and ENT (erprise) but ENT just wins as its the last ever star trek 🙁

but LOST kicks much tiny shiny hiny but their be more next year 😀 (thankfully!!)

I wouldn't count Trek out yet, Faldor. Enterprise is gone, no doubt about that, but i doubt it will be too long before we see a new show happen. Trek isn't that easy to kill, and this is coming from somebody who isn't that much of a fan. 🙂

ENT this season was back on true trek form and it got kicked in the nads, yeah it'll probabley come back but it will have to be somthing drastic.

most of enterprise was the same old dross that the general public were bored of after 7 years of voyager.

and then they screwed around with continuity which put off the die hard fans.

so to get a show that will be a hit they'd have to leave it long enough so the publics responce wont be "how many is that now?" and "oh no not again"

but be different enough to not be the same old shite and be the same enough to not not be the same old shite.

it'll probabley come back around 2010 ether as a relaunch with a new Kirk, spock etc or set 100 or so years after the next generation.


did i mention LOST is very good 😀

i followed enterprise for like...ever...until like this season...the whole xindi thing was wak...terrible...and...hella boring...i swear man...if they didn't have jolene blalock on that show...i'd stop watching like season 1...

i think they need to comeback hard...crazy hard hitting plots...crazy original characters...that actually breathe...just crazy people...

i liked it when ds9 went a couple of eps on a klingon ship...those stories were bad ass...falkin the crew throwing knives at each other and getting into brawls and actually going for the throat in space battles...instead of trying to disable their weapons and run away...

voyager was the gayest!!

I'm probably going to get made fun of for this, but I'd probably tune in to see the Jack & Bobby or One Tree Hill season finale. Here's why. Most people say it's another teen show like Dawson's Creek, which it is in a lot of ways. But, sometimes in the climax of the episode the dialog and symbolism is really meaningful. Some of the episodes aren't souly about, "Oh my god, Becky is cheating on me with Cindy in Brad's basement!" One episode of Jack & Bobby that strikes my mind first was called "Lost Boys." Jack finds out that his best friend, Matt, is gay and in love with him. Jack is heterosexual and says no, and his friends ends up killing himself. One of the flash back scenes is really moving, espcially if you've been in the situation before...

Amazing Race, no question. That is my top priority.

I honestly tried getting into Lost, but I kept missing episodes and then it was all too late.

I'm going to get virtually beat up for this, but I'm looking forward to the That 70s Show finale! I dunno if anybody here watches the show, but I do! I have a prediction that Hyde is going to ask Jackie to marry him based on the surprised-as-hell look on her face durring the preview...

But out of the ones on the list, I'll go with Lost. Although I really need to know what happens on the Veronica Mars finale!

I voted for Lost. Even though I'm extremely upset (and confused) with the show right now, I will definitely have to watch the finale. Hopefully they will finally remember to clear up some issues, like the freaking dinosaur beast and the polar bear.

I really want to see the Lost finale, also. But mostly only because of Charlie. *swoon*
