Hi,

I wasn't sure where to post this, so if this is in the wrong place I'm sorry!

I just wanted to express some gratitude for how lovely everyone has been to me. I've only actually been active on here for about 2 days (see my "slayage") but literally everyone I've met has been really nice.

From "willow my love" offering to try and find me a banner, to Ann saying that they're lucky to have me in Drogyn <3

Some boards I've been on before have been really cliquey, and can be quite snide to the newbies, but there's nothing like that here, which is really nice.

Particular thanks to Alie (Seeing Red) who has been letting me annoy her for the last couple of days via PM.

So, long may it continue!

I don't know if we've talked before, but I totally understand where you're coming from. I'm new and just came from a VERY cliquey forum. I was there for a year and I still had problems with other members. It recently has been upsetting me a lot to the point where I've felt horrible about myself, so that's why I'm here instead.

Everyone here seems very nice and "drama"-free. I'm glad! 😀

I have been a member of a LOT of different forums... Fan forums, military wife forums, mommy boards, etc. (I actually just sat here and counted all the forums I've been a member on and the count is 14. LOL WOW!) Not even kidding, BB is definitely the best place I've ever had the pleasure of being a member. We've definitely had some hard times around here, but overall, Buffy Boards is so much further above the rest it's not funny. 🙂 I'm glad you like it here!

I've just been reading some of the old threads in the new section of the forum, so I think I have an idea of the "hard times" you're referring to.

I think it's a credit to the mods, and everyone on this site that it's now such a friendly, fun, enjoyable environment to be part of.
