Is today Thanksgiving Day for Americans?

If it is, have a good one all of you guys who celebrate it. If not, please forgive my lamentable ignorance

Yeah Im gonna try to eat turkey (EHHH I HATE THAT STUFF) LOL not fond of my moms stuffing lol....oh and I HATE yams. So this is more of a 'no eating for savi night' or 'mom savanah is on a diet starting today' lol I will probably eat the mash potatos lol
BUT I ALWAYS HAVE FUN, MY FAMILY IS WACKED!!!!!
 
Does the feasting involve pumpkin pie? And what does that taste like? (I've never eaten it but I've always imagined that it's something consumed in vast quantities on American holidays.

This may be a myth like the one in our papers today about Americans believing the Scottish haggis is an animal 🙂 See that here - I can't believe you guys fall for it. Those Scots can be sooo convincing 😉)

Mr. Pointy: yes, thanksgiving does include Pumpkin Pie...and other pies....I don't like Pumpkin Pie, so I can't really tell you a good taste for it....
 
I'm sure i saw a program or something about how the smell that 'turned a man on' was the smell of pumpkin pie.....i think they were talking about bottling it or something.

And Happy Thanksgiving to all that may be celebrating it!
 
I've always liked the way that American pies look - you can put on pounds just looking at the dessert cabinet in some restaurants 🙂 - but I rarely eat dessert in the States 'cos the entree has usually filled me up! In fact Mrs Pointy and I usually split a main course between us and it's still a lot! And I still stay a big fat lad (Chris of course is still thin as a stick, GGRRRRR!)
*sound of slurping and dribbling over thoughts of American pies (not the song or movies). MMMM Pie...
 
Happy thanksgiving to whoever celebrating and i hope y'all aint slayving away in the kitchen trying to do everything yesh 15 and in charge i tell ya if i never cook thanksgiving dinner agian i'll be happy!

The pic2 was a classic moment. How could we forget the look they gave Buffy. I wonder if they even got the chance to enjoy thanksgiving with all that chaos.

Lets hope our parties/dinners don't turn into a bow an arrow and knife throwing fight. Im sure will all have a safe and enjoyable time.

YES! I love that epi! Thanks Magui! Yes, today is the day we gather and stuff ourselves with dead things and sweet stuff and obscene amounts of alcohol until we either pass out or puke in the in-laws pool...oh wait, that may just be me...but it's a nice time to get everyone together and argue and bag on each other until the food is cooked and we can argue and bag on each other whilts spitting food through our wide open traps. And all to celebrate the deaths of many! GOOD FUN! My mouth is salivating at the very thought!

Oh, and HAPPY THANKSGIVING PEOPLES!

Oh Wow! I just finished eating. Thanksgiving is great!

I saw this one card last week or so that said...Gobble til you wobble...oh wow! That is so the truth! I'm now stuffed like a turkey!

Hope that everybody celebrating Thanksgiving is having a marvy time. To all those who are not I still wish you a great day as well! Smiles, laughs and loves...the holidays are wonderful! 🙂

Mmm...in a little bit comes the pumpkin pie which totally turns ME on (and I'm so not a guy)! 😉

Mrph... I'm really stuffed. I'm gonna be so sick of leftovers by the end of the week... That was a lot of fun, though. Except when my 2 year old cousin cried over the corn having "stuff" in it. She tends to overreact a bit.

Oh, yes, and Mr. Pointy, there were many delicious pies. 🙂
