What's everyone's favorite one? Mine is the one of the cop punching the kid in the face in Chile for demanding better educational conditions.

I think no 20 is fantasticly powerfull.

The one at the funeral of the Navy Seal, Jon Tumilson, and his dog lays down at his casket.

Every time I see a photo of the power behind the volcano in Chile, I'm awestruck.

That dust storm in Phoenix just got saved to my desktop wallpaper. I am in awe of how.....sinister yet beautiful it looks.

Also, #29, the earthquake in downtown D.C. I was at work during that time, taking out the trash! And all of a sudden, the glass doors in the building started shaking really hard. Let's say I was excited and terrified at the same time. 🙂

I would say the picture of the couple kissing in the street after his girl friend was knocked down by police officers was really powerful to me.
Also the picture of the dog at his owners funeral, it caused me to tear up a little. Makes me wonder who if anyone will give my animals as much love when I pass away.

I love all the pictures. It's heartwarming to see people helping others in the wake of disaster.

The two that sick out most to me are #35 with the women rebel fighter firing an AK-47 and #20 with the dog laying by his owners casket.

Wow what a year. It's great to see it in pictures like that. All of them provoked an emotional response in me but the one I liked the best were the old lesbian couple who were the first to get married, it seems to mr they waited all their lives for that day 🙂
