What is a celeb in a stereotype's mind?

A celebrity in a stereotype world, is a person who is famous for their career in entertainment, or any other industry, such as The Fashion Industry.A celebrity has great sex appeal, is an idol & icon, has fans, and lives a perfect lifestyle.

What do you guys think of the Lip Synching incident with Ashlee Simpson?I think Ash was telling the truth.I know that she's very talented, because she writes her own songs, and sings well.But there are some artists that are just fake.For example, Hilary Duff.Hilary doesn't write her own songs, she always lip sings, she can't act, and she doesn't design her clothes for Stuff by Duff.Lindsay Lohan is similar to Hilary.Lindsay doesn't have a good singing voice, and she doesn't write her own music.Unlike Hilary, she's actually good at acting.There's something wrong in the Music Industry today.Celebs such as Paris Hilton, and Nichole Richie, are taking on the music biz.But they can't sing, or write their own songs.The record labels, are using them, just because they have sex appeal.I believe that a true artist, is a talented individual, with a great voice, and writes their own songs.Before, Britney Spears, was a fake.But now she's starting to write her own material.Singers who just started writing theit own songs, include Mandy Moore.

Well obviously there's been some sort of mistake...Comma & Cordelia were left off of that list and they are so much more fabulous than the people on there...

Cordelia's publicist may have to get involved...
 
How is this?

We made the Forbes list of most influential people in 2004, but yet we did not make this list?

How can this possibly be?

After speaking to reps, we were never even informed of the making of this list.

I feel very offended.

Cordelia and myself have worked very hard to be as powerful and pretty and popular as we are, and we didn't make this list?

I think someone needs to edit it...

This is, of course, your opinion. I really don't think that Ashlee Simpson is very talented. The "Lip-Synching" incident was horrible for her, and she is even less of an artist in my eyes now. It was an accident, yes, but if she had actually sung, it never would have happened, much like if Janet had gotten a better seamstress, the "nipple" incident wouldn't have happened. Ashlee is only running off the success of her sister, in my opinion. The Simpson name is valuable in the music industry, and even though I'm not a Jessica fan, she is huge right now.

NOW...something I agree on! I really despise Hilary Duff. I shan't say anymore, because I stated my opinion clearly in the above sentence. lol...

Paris Hilton singing? Why oh why...celebrities who run off their previous claim to fame, like acting, or being who they are {i.e. trust-fund baby} *cough*Ashlee Simpson*cough* are a disgrace to the music buisness. Lindsay Lohan is waaaay over her head, and Hilary Duff has too much going on. Seriously, these "rolemodels" young girls have today are all fake.

Of course,this is all my opinion. I'm sorry to be persnickity, but the way you stated everything as if it were pure fact annoys me. But of course, this is just me.

LMAO Cordelia and Comma, I agree! The Famed Duo is nowhere to be seen on a fab celeb list, so therefore, it's invalid! lol : grinyes

I mean it is HARD to be this fabulous...no one understand.

And as for Lindsay Lohan, she plays the same roles in every movie, her song is the worst song Britney Spears never recorded, and she is NOT a role model for girls at all with her party-girl behaviour and Paris Hilton Worship. It is not cool to be a sheep.

My answer would be The Hiltons.In my opinion Paris is a slut.I agree with Sharon Osbourne, Paris isn't a good role model.On a teen mag, Sharon was surprised teenage girls were cheering for Paris at The 2004 Teen Choice Awards.She thought that Paris was a bad role model, who only got famous by doing sex tapes, and scandals.I actually think Niki is better than her sis, Paris, who is a lost child, always doing crazy things, at such a young age.Almost everybody I know hates her, because they think she's a slut.So do I.Sry to Paris fans, but this is just my opinion.

i think that people call girls sluts WAY to FAST! Makes me pissy! I don't know if i'm the only one who have made this observation, but the way some girls are portraied(sp?) in mags, tv and music, they are treated as objects to be had and to be owned and to make guys look better.. like a purse you can buy or a new watch... and girls are called sluts and hores and hoes TOO fast. shouldn't she bealowed to do whatever she likes.... it's her life.. and i personaly don't think that p. hilton is slutty! well i have to admit.. i totaly love paris and nicole.. 😀 and though they might not be good rolemodles or peace prize winners.. but i don'y find them slutty! and i say: Kudos to them for being themselvs....



i'm not tired of either siblings casue we don't get overdoest on them here... thankfully.... 🙂 overhere we hardly EVER hear about nikkie hilton.... and i pretty much don't read the mags that have celeb gossip stuff....

Maybe we should have a reality board show sorta like the Apprentice ('cept we have better hair) where the contestants vie for our attention or oh no I got it.
