The Angel 10th Anniversary Celebration Party!

Woo! Time passed so fast. Like it was yesterday that I was watching Sanctuary on tv and didn't understand who is Faith and why she's so strong, lol.

Oh my god has it really been 10 years since Angel started?! I am in a happy state of shock right now. Lets party this down! 😀
 
Amazing, I feel old now lol. I remember the first episode of Angel on a friday night straight after Buffy and I loved it right away, so proud to see an Irishman in it to 😀
 
I can't believe it's been 10 years. WOW... I remember watching the premiere back in the day and being so surprised at how much darker and sexier "Angel" was than Buffy. David Boreanaz will always be "Angel" to me, no matter what he does for the rest of his career....
 
Unfortunately I don't have any memories from watching Angel when it was first aired.
Watched it the first time on DVD for only two and a half years ago.

But I hope that I can still join the party. 🙂

Cool, I didn't know it was that long. Since I've only first watched it last year.
 
Love love love Angel. I think I prefer it over Buffy too, just cos it's darker. And I think when people talk about Joss Whedon shows, Angel isn't given enough credit for how great it was.

It felt like it took me forever to get use to seeing him walking in the sun with a gun and never turn into a vampire. 😛 But I still think of Angel first when I think of David. Even if I think he's better as Booth.

True. Sadly Angel will always be in the shadow of Buffy even if it deserves to be seen as it's own.
 
"Angel" is definitely an awesome show, and I always loved how even though it was a spin-off, it could easily stand on it's own. In fact I know a couple people who didn't know "Angel" originated from BTVS
 
If you're a Buffy fan and you have never saw angel, that is just WEIRD.

Honestly, I knew Angel the series before BtVS. I saw Buffy in Sanctuary so I started watching all of BtVS seasons. Then, I watched all of Ats seasons. 😀
 
I cant believe a decade has gone by. I most certainly feel old. I distinctly remember the first season Angel like it was yesterday. Oh Doyle, so sad 🙁
