The Buffy Game only on Xbox

Well I bought this game today it was only £2.99 so I don't really mind if it's not that good. But would like to know peoples opinions.
Anything bad or good about it?
Does it have much plot? If so, is it good plot?
Any information would be nice. 🙂

P.S. If this is in the wrong place, sorry.
 
The first one isn't too bad. Decent enough plot, decent combat engine. The thing that drove me nuts about it was that they keep taking away your weapons and making you find new ones, which doesn't make any sense, plotwise.

Chaos Bleeds was much, MUCH harder.
 
^ Chaos Bleeds is fantastic. I love it, and how realisatic it is to the Buffyverse. But defeating Adam took it's own sweet time!

As for the Xbox Buffy game: Sounds pretty cheap, and hey it's Buffy 😛
 
i prefer chaos bleeds, but i just bought buffy on xbox a few months ago, it's not that bad,
but i like chaos bleeds cos ye get to go willow n tht .
 
I havent yet bought Chaos bleeds. yet i bought the origional x-box game when I was still watching the series through (around series 4) so i was totally inlove with it. I love dusting vamps. I loved the combat and gameplay, i'd say its better than most of the garbage churned out these days. only thing i dont like is it knocks you off x-box live so you cant talk to your mates >_<
 
The first Buffy Game poops all over Chaos Bleeds in plot, game play, and graphics. True story. It's one of the best X-Box games I have ever played.
 
i have both i find the 2nd one easier ive completed it so many times. the 1st one not so much lol i think they are both quite good. shame they didnt make more for the x box
 
chaos bleeds was amazing. the hardest villain was kakistos for me. vamp tara was a fun level.
fighting ethan/the first was too easy

Chaos Bleeds did my head in! Also, did anyone else feel like it was a little too Tomb Raidery? I much preferred the first game.
 
I've only played chaos bleeds, cuz for the longest i only owned nintendo systems so i have it on gamecube. got up to the willow in the mall level and having a hard time figuring out where the heck im going! just got a 360 though, and my boyfriend bought me the original game, which is critically known as the better of the two so im excited to play that when he gives it to me.

Thank goodness Im not the only one who couldn't get on with Chaos Bleeds! I hated how hard they made the combat combo's and controlling everyone was just too hard. I loved the first one though it was so easy to control Buffy and the fighting was a lot of fun. Too bad I sold this game but it was so much fun to play.
 
Question- the old quarry level on Chaos Bleeds.
Was that the same quarry Faith said she used to jump down when she was little? It's kinda more than coincidental, her being the character on that level.

I don't think so as far as I know, I think the game was all meant to be set in Sunnydale still and I think Sunnydale had a quarry. Then again I can't remember the plotline of how Faith joins the gang in the game as its been too long.
 
I really like the first one. I finished it for the first time last time my uncle was over it took ages. But no, it's actually pretty good. Don't realy like the second one. But really. Adam. Gr.
 
Wow...I'm glad I stumbled upon this thread. I never play video games but I wanted to buy one of these. I'm the idiot that flails and moves the entire controller whilst yelling when she plays. 😛
 
not a dumb question, i asked the same one when i bought my 360 because there is only so many original xbox games that can play on a 360.

The answer is yes, it can. Thank god!

Thank you for answering, it means now I can consider re-buying the Buffy games yay!
I found Chaos Bleeds WAY harder than the first game. It drove me nuts that I couldn't control Buffy the whole time. But, I was fine with controlling everyone but the stupid puppet. So, I have yet to beat the 2nd one because I get frustrated too easily, lol.

But, I love the first game and play it often. I'm sure I could beat the 2nd one if I could get past whatever level I got stuck on a couple years ago, lol.
 
I haven't gotten Chaos Bleeds yet but I bought the original when it was released for the xbox. Ironically enough I fired up the 360 and have been playing the game on the highest setting. At first it was frustrating but once you get the hang of the timing and combos its cake and so much fun. Also the period in which the story takes place is also a nice nod to the Buffyverse with a believable story arc.

I am pretty bummed no other games have come forth a current generation 360 Buffy game would rock all sorts of hard.
