It appears that my banner has once more vanished. Is it lost forever, or can it be recovered?

If you can login to your photobucket account you can save it. Photobucket links don't work anymore. Try saving it and then uploading it to imgur and it should work.

Now, is the white border around the banner going to be a problem, and if so, how do I fix it?
