The Cutest Couple in the entire Buffy Verse

Definitely Willow and Tara. Just because they looked cute together, and they were always caslling eachother "Honey" and "Baby". Adorable. Xander and Anya are a close second.

...Damn I forgot about Anya and Xander! They were adorable! I loved them together!!! Also I thought the Giles/Jenny thing was cute too! Buffy and Angel were always annoying to me. Sorry. Even before Spike and Buffy I was never much for Bangel.

Cutest/sweetest couple is definitely Buffy/Angel. I just have so many "Aww!" moments when they are on screen together.

Willow and Oz were definitely a cute couple too. She was more shy around him than around Tara so that makes Willow/Oz cute to me.

Although I'm just totally a Giles/Joyce shipper, I would have to say the cutest couple for me were Jenny and Giles. Theywere such a contrast and I loved how she was the only one matched for him wit wise and how she just kept trying to get him out of his shell (monster truck rally anyone? hehe) and how she just teased him over his stuffiness and tweed and such. plus Jenny was like the first character to actually realize the greatness that is Giles. as Xander said 'look at them. a twosome of cuteness'

I loved Willow/Oz they were so adorable and I think runner up for cutest couple would be Fred/Wesley they were so cute I wish they had more time.

Cutest? Not sure, but the only ship I really ever felt touch by was Cordy/Angel, and there were some definite sugary moments to it even though it was insanely brief.

But on a pure cuteness factor I guess, like many have said before me, Willow and Oz. They're both ridiculously cute so of course they're gonna be cute next to each other.

I'm surprised more people haven't picked Fred and Gunn. Up until that murder thing, they were just the cutest couple. They were always so happy. They always smiled so bright whenever they were in a scene together. It was adorable!

Normally, I have more intelligent responses. But the cuteness factor is so subjective that I'm not sure how to back up my claims.

I'd also have to say that Spike and Dru were adorable in a cute meets evil sort of way. They were incredibly tender with each other - within the confines of the evil side of the spectrum, of course.
