The Day After Christmas

What do YOU plan to do? Are you gonna get your Pugilism Day on? Do you have to work? Are you gonna try to sober up from all the egg nog?
 
I have one day left til I go back to Smeermaas (YAY for that). So I will probably check out what some of my friends are doing, who I've been neglecting a little over the past few months. I should feel bad, really.
Also, Ishould start a weight loss plan to get rid of all the extra weight I picked up from all the masses os chocolate and gingerbread.
 
Apart from a massive clean up that is needed generally today is a chill out day of internet and gaming and Abbie playing with her new toys 😀

My little sister and I have a photo shoot scheduled, and then I think we'll hit a movie or hit the space needle tomorrow night...Nothing important or life altering....
 
I'll receive my presents of grandparents yet, giving (and getting?) presents to friend today yet and looking forward to oldyearseve :nibble6:.
 
My gran, that I didn't get to see yesterday, is coming over to have her Christmas dinner. So lots more food. 2 Christmas dinners, yay! 😀

But I'm generally going to sit around doing nothing (maybe some more drinks and chocolate 😉). This year at least. It's my friend LorneyTunes' birthday so I usually go out for that, but not this year. She'll come up on my birthday on the 28th. 😀
 
The same thing I do every St. Stephen's Day...recover from the party we had last night, lounge around in my pj's all day, eat junk food, watch dvd's, go on the net and then get ready to go out tonight to see my uncle playing with his band in town🙂

PJ's are overrated
I have to meet one of my oldest friends later this morning, then this afternoon we'll all probably take our granddaughter to a movie, and finally top out the evening with dinner with my sister and her family. (That's the worst thing about this time of year: so much good food and so little time). Then, at some point, I have a TON of dvd's to watch. (Work, work, work. There just aren't enough hours in the day)

I'm doing SFA today, but tomorrow, I'm going to go meet my friend before he goes back to London town.
 
I was going to head to tesco and get season 4 of lost as santa did not leave it but now I am not sure I will bother.

wow finally made 100 go me.
 
In my case...

I have an errand to run, a paycheck to pick up(and cash)...and I have to brave the masses to buy a new watch(my old one bit the dust yesterday).
 
Do dishes, drink lots more eggnog (we have a full pitcher left...), probably play KotOR II, and possibly watch "An American in Paris" as we got it for Christmas, and I really want to see it (haven't yet).

I'll also make raspberry crepes as we didn't make 'em yesterday (too stuffed) and we need to use the raspberries. And meringues, because I need to use the egg whites. And watch more How I Met Your Mother, as we watched the first three episodes last night, and loved it.

Also, for your information scobro, I have now finished S4 of LOST (finished it yesterday ^_^) and am now caught up, and am frustrated that I have to wait to find out what happens. 😉
 
I ordered a pizza and am having a Supernatural/American Gothic marathon.

I really enjoyed this year's Christmas...more so than any Christmas I've ever had. And I didn't even get to spend it with my family. On Christmas Eve I went to my friends' family house up in the mountains. It snowed more than a foot. I had a lot of fun hanging out and stuff, and I was able to get drunk and high. We stayed up until 6 watching Fight Club. Woke up at 1...hung out some more, and basically it was all pretty simple but really fun. And exhausting.

So I'm enjoying the time I have to just be alone for part of the day and rest.
 
Okay.. so.. I go to the postal office to send a package internationally. I havent sent a package internationally before and neither it seems, had the lady behind the counter. With a long line standing behind me, and I in my typical black hoody, with black jeans etc.. I tend to sweat when stressed or nervous. So then the sweat really starts to pour off of me, I hate baggage checks at the airport so I think i would hate some grubby customs agent going thru my box and not putting things back in order.. but I also dont want the whole friggin world to know my personal bidniz and what it is I am sending, so I am there debating how fine a line I can walk on the invoice and customs registration to APPEAR as though I am declaring what it is, but leaving off what it REALLY is, yet getting close enough to the mark that if someone WERE to look it would seem as though I was not trying to defraud the friggin FedEx machine! So.. being the uninformed teller as she was, I got HER to sign that she verified the contents! haha so if I go down, SHE goes down with me! Christmas is OVER and I am back to being the mean a double s that I normally am! Now I need to get to that hippy hippy store for some glassworks and everything will be peachy keen.. hunky dory.. a- ok.. on track. PLUS! I have to remind myself this is only Friday and not Saturday so next time I dont have to RUSH my lard rump back for BBTV when in fact I have 24 hours before it starts! Alright then!
 
Every boxing day my grandma comes over she's 89 this year! and we all sit around and talk and watch films on the TV. Then have a really good meal 😀
 
I was supposed to work... then I woke up this morning throwing up all the wine I had last night so I had to call in, me and work just wasn't going to happen today. I am now actively nursing my hangover.
