I have the paperback comics and have only seen the motion comics online. From what I've seen, I agree, the voice actors are pretty bad overall, this seems to be a widely held opinion amongst most fans, so you're not alone.
I really enjoyed 'No Future For You' in the regular comic book format, Season 8 is my 1st comic and although I was slow to get into it, in no time I was hearing the character's real voices in my imagination. The idea of hearing someone else's voice in the motion comics is a deal breaker for me.
