I noticed in NFFY that when Faith is in England and ready to go and see that English slayer, that both the Doctor and Rose from Dr.Who are there! and stood next to a red telephone box. Surely someone must have noticed this?

It's defintely them. Apologies if this has already been stated here.

(Also forgive my lack of knowledge when it comes to the comics, I'm really NOT a fan and therefore stopped reading a while back. I'm not just a plain dumb ass. lol.) : king :

I totally never noticed until someone brought it up. Not really a Dr. Who fan but I think it's very cool they got a nod. :)
It's quite possible, there's some connection between the two series (what with Giles playing in one, and doing the voice overs for confidential, and JM appearing in Torchwood, and of course Andrew ^^) I'm sure Joss is very much aware of Doctor Who 😉
I'd love to see the picture. Haven't read any of the comics so I wouldn't know.
 
I didn't actually notice that until I was reading the letters sent in, on the back pages of one of the later comments and someone mentioned it. I was rather happy to see that 🙂 Rose and The Doctor are awesome. I love Joss even more for that. 😉
 
Joss also said something about Russell T Davies (the writer of Dr Who.) Like 'Along with the Spice Girls Dr Who is one of the greatest things to come out of England).

It was something along them lines. lol
 
I haven't even read the comics and I knew this!

But its no surprise really.
New Who takes alot or at least took alot from Buffy and had plenty of comparisons in the press and Torchwood, well that first season was pretty much a complete rip off of Angel (not complaining, I love Torchwood) to begin with including having a second episode about an entity that required sex to transfer from one person to another, and the bit in the unaired pilot where Angel is stood atop a Sky Scraper surveying LA, Jack does that in the opening of the series.
 
Just read No Future For You for the first time and i spotted them first time.
I was like "WTF ARE THE DOCTOR AND ROSE DOIN THERE" and then i read on too see if something stupid happened like them meeting Faith and Giles.
It didnt but its still cool that there there and very suprising.
