I just saw the trailer on t.v. and hadn't heard anything about, till today. Anything Jessica Alba is in I'll see. Apple - Trailers - The Eye Not something I'd normally want to see but Jessica Alba is always great in her movies so I'll have to see it 😀

Very very yummy! I just have an eye phobia and something going in or touching or coming near her eye would scare me way more than anything in the film which looks scary itself. I can't wait!!

This was a really good movie for a remake. And it had a happy ending, which just surprised me because I don't think any horror movie in the last three years has had a happy ending. It was a little sad, in a way, but also not.

Anyhoo, it wasn't *scary*, but it was creepy, and Jessica Alba was good in it, and the storyline had a good mystery to it and overall I was quite satisfied.

Even my mom liked it and she hates horror movies.

Here's a coincidence. I just heard a review about this one on the car radio. The guy was raving about it. The gist of it was he found it so completely superior to those kidnap and torture things that are glutting the horror market right now.

He said the original Eye from Japan is going to a sequel - Eye 2.

Sci Fi Wire reviewed it and gave it a B, saying the makers competently managed to adapt an Asian movie for Western audiences - by keeping what makes it unique yet giving it something new and worthwhile.

Glad I'm not the only one who enjoyed it. It's always good to see critics liking genre films that I do. lol
