So what do you think?

Personally I can see the up side but I don't want it to happen! I don't want someone like my Dad for example, knowing when I'm online all the time and such lol!! I like having different apps for different types of friends and family.

Because they are amalgamated and it's easier. One platform to use versus three different and distinct ones.

I'm still waiting for the real merger: YouTube, twitter and Facebook. The combined entity will be called "YouTwitFace" and it will be the first antisocial network and I might sign up for that one.
