What are your thought on whether the Fanged Four would kill each other if given the chance (assuming they are on different teams eg: Angel vs. Dru, unsouled Spike vs Angel, Angelus vs souled Spike).

I mean, Angel does kill Darla, but I feel like it's shown to be a bit more complicated as the seasons progressed. And none of them have really went out of their way to kill each other, even if they knew that they were one of the most notorious killing band of vampires ever. I mean, why doesn't Angel go after Spike in s3-4? Is it just a question of them being too skilled to just be killed like that? Would Angel kill Darla, Dru and Spike if they were easier to kill?

They spent many years together as compadres and their combined thought processes are what got them through a lot of close scrapes. I think they believed that four heads were better than one for planning their escapes so that it was beneficial to all of them to stay together. Angelus in particular was being hunted by Holtz.

Spike loved Dru and Angel loved Darla, so they would not want to combat each other, although Angel did kill Darla when Darla threatened Buffy.

Vampires generally kill to feed from (and occasionally sire) their victims. There is no benefit to them from killing another vampire and if news got around that they were doing that, they would be persecuted by other vampires as well as humans.

Sorry I wasn't clean, I meant strictly when they were fighting on different teams, like Angel was one of a good guy vs Spike as a bad guy, or Darla as a bad guy. Of course it makes sense for vamps to band up and not kill each other as unsouled vampire, but what I'm more curious about is how Angel as a souled being views Dru, Darla and evil Spike.

I think you're on to something . Angel was very hesitant to ever kill Spike or DRU even when they were evil, and he only killed Darla after she put Buffy's life in such imminent danger. I think they have a bond that goes beyond our comprehension,i think Angel still feels guilty for what he turned them into.(siring Drusilla and tutoring spike).

I don't agree. Don't forget that Angel wanted to kill Darla and Drusilla in ATS (season two). He tried Darla and wanted to kill her before her came back as a vampire, and then he set fire to both. In season five ATS, Angel wanted to "kill" Spike, destroying the amulet which had made it Spike incorporeal (Just Rewards)

EDIT:

Spike and Drusilla wanted to kill Angel in "What's My Line" and in "Innocence" (BTVS season 2)
Darla wanted to kill Angel (BTVS season 1 - Angel)

This is all true of course, but why hasn't anyone succeeded? After Angel burns Dru and Darla, he could have so easily killed them both while they were weak? And although they try to kill each other, it's very episodic, why not actually go on with the killing and making it a goal? In episode 1x03 of Angel, when Spike comes to LA, Angel tells him that he made a mistake coming to his town. The way he puts it is like they have a territory and if he's not on it, than he gets to live a happy vampire life. Again, Spike was stuck in broad day light in a factory, he couldn't have gone too far, why doesn't Cordy, Doyle, Oz and Angel go back there after they kill bald guy to kill Spike. Yes, maybe he could have escaped, but it was worth a try.

They'd all kill each other no problem.

Angel wanted to kill Dru and Darla in season 3, Spike in season 5.
Darla wanted to Kill Angel is season 1
Spike betrayed Angelus in season 2, knowing it could could have resulted in death, and Spike wanted to Kill Dru for Buffy in season 5
