The first slayer had no watcher

In series 4, i think dont they say that the first slayer didnt have a watcher, but according to that guardian women the shadowmen where the first watchers so technically wouldn't she have had a watcher

Well, one of them is incorrect. If the Guardian woman is as old as she claims, then perhaps she would know the truth. Giles, whose knowledge would've been filtered through the Council, could've recieved false data.

Also...could it be that they were saying she didn't have the type of Watcher that Buffy does...one from the Council? The shadowmen may not have "watched" the first slayer, as the Coucil now watches the slayers...

In the Joss Whedon written prologue to Tales of the Slayer the First Slayer travels alone from village to village. She has no Watcher, Shadowman, or other. She is alone.

Here's the part from End of Days where She (the Guardian) describes the early days:

SHE (cont'd)
Buffy. We forged it in secrecy, kept
it hidden from the Shadow Men, who --

BUFFY
Yeah. Met them. Didn't care for 'em.

She looks at Buffy with new respect, hands the scythe back to Buffy.

SHE
Yes. Then you know. And they became
the Watchers. And the Watchers
watched the Slayers. But we were
watching them.

Maybe it's something like Billie Hunter says, where the Shadowmen evolve slowly into the watchers rather than taking immediate charge.

I think when they said the First slayer didn't have a watcher they meant that she didn't have an official watcher sent to her by the Watchers Council that would keep accounts of what she has killed and train her, like Giles did with Buffy. The shadow men wern't the watcher council so they didn't really count as watchers.

(Did that make any sence? I'm not very good at explaining stuff.)

I'd say anything Buffyverse Joss writes or supervises in any medium is Buffyverse canon. This would mean, no, the First Slayer did not have a watcher. She was completely alone. Joss said so in Tales of the Slayer.

I always understood it as the shadowmen, while eventually becoming the watchers, being the first slayer's enemy, as they made her what she was against her will.
