Ok So I was just watching The Girl in Question, and I was wondering How Buffy never saw Angel and Spike. Because like 30 seconds after they see her They get into a fight and everyone is looking at them, So either Buffy has gone blind or when she starts dancing nothing can stop her!

I always wondered the same thing. It's not like she was way too far to see the fight. And her being the slayer, she probably would've checked to see if it was some demons causing trouble so she could stop them.

...or maybe they couldn't get Sarah Michelle Gellar for the episode so they needed as little of her as possible.

LOL! You can't be the Official Thread Ruiner...that's me!
In my mind she KNEW they were there and was so pissed she ignored them.

I actually thought about this too.I mean like I said before, there is no way she couldn't have seen what was going on.I think maybe she did see them.Or maybe the immortal saw them and he took Buffy outta there quick.

oh, yeah, i like this idea!! and you know, having SMG there would have probably meant that the writers would have had to make her choose one or neither of them, so this was the easiest way.

*runner-up thread ruiner 2005. LOL!!*

she wouldn't have chose she'd have b*tched them out for stalking her around Rome, She'd probably have said to them the equivalent of what Andrew did though (except in a loud pissed off voice).

LOL - in a very loud, pissed off voice!
Maybe she would've given them the remix to the cookie dough speech.
LOL!! this really made me laugh!! spike never got the first version, so he'd be hearing it for the first time! hey, maybe angel would get bored and decide buffy isn't worth listening to the 'cookie dough' analogy again?

I read somewhere that they tried to get her, and she was going to do it, but then there was a schedule conflict or something, so she couldn't. I think that was around the time she was filming The Grudge?

That makes a lot of sense to me. Through the back story, they showed the history of The Immortal thwarting Angel and Spike's plans. So it makes sense that he might have seen them, knew what they were there for, and hustled Buffy out of there just to thumb his nose at them one more time.

I'm thinking that the Immortal saw them, knew what they were up to, and 'got outta dodge post haste'.

and plus, SMG was filming "The Grudge" and could not appear on the show.

I bow to you thread stoppers!

But even if the Immortal got Buffy out of there before the fight, Buffy still shouldve sensed Angel and Spike since she has sensed them before.

Not necessarily, at least not from that distance and in all that noise of the club.

I would probably have to agree with those who think that the Immortal saw Spike and Angel and decided to make a quick exit before Buffy had a chance to see any of the action.

I agree the Immortal wold've gotten her ouy of ther and if she sensed them she probably ignored it since she thought Spike was dead and Angel was supposed to be in LA
