lol. It's ok. It wasn't that odd. They've introduced one off characters before. It was odd that they brought her back like 6 episodes in between each. And then say she just ran off. I personally really liked her. I liked her and Angel together and I liked her using Gunn.

Well at the end they do have sex. But in the beginning she lied to him about her plan. He was the distraction for her true plan, and he got caught.

Yea but he was still like half in love with Cordelia. Or at least trying to move on from. If Gwen came back in s5 maybe she and Angel could have hooked up. He had sex with Eve and then Nina was his semi-gf. Plus he slept with Darla, 3 times apparently. lol. We've gone waay off topic btw. lol

i kind of do, i think he should had stayed longer. The cordelia character was ruined on season 4 and there was no relationship between her and angel. I think Groo should had returned during the jasmine fiasco, make him a permanent member of the angels

Maybe I would have liked him if he'd been around longer and if they had put some effort into developing him as a character of his own right and not playing the he's Angel-in-the-sunlight/Cordy's-making-him-into-Angel angle. But even before that Groo was essentially a mannequin with a voice. He never seemed to have a real personality. He just did what people told him too and never seemed to reflect much on it. There wasn't enough there to be interesting to me.

To quote Cordy on guys "scratch the surface and what do you get? More surface!" Sadly that was what Groo was like to me.

I hated Groo, and Kate for that matter. Kate actually was supposed to be a love interest for Angel but it tanked when fans disliked her. (Angel and Kate - yehuh) Those two are walking contrivances, IMO. Kate had some depth at least. Groo - shows up as a visual joke, comes to this dimension to love Cody, makes other things happen to other people, realizes he is not loved back and leaves.

Lol. Yea I like the fact that he was the one to leave. Cordy was just stringing him along, denying her feelings for Angel. I actually like Wesley and Fred, and did not like Fred and Gunn so I didn't mind Wesley's persistence. But yea he tried to move on with Lilah.

Yea I did not like those scenes. As much as a I love Fred and find Amy Acker very attractive, I just don't like her and Gunn together. I wasn't feeling it. I'd rather have Fred with Wesley, they fit better. lol

i dont know if that's pro or against my point. in any case, weslah should had remained and lilah should had joined the team. Im confused about it, cus wesley's death might not had been so great without fred.

Yeah - the Wesley and Fred tragedy really hurts. I liked them together then.

I think Lilah was with him just enough time - though I wouldn't complain if there was more time too - and the beheading scene....guh! I find that damn near as wrenching as Fred and Wes. Lilah made Wesley think beyond protective gentleman. She challenged him, and she was as strong as he was, and they were damn hot. I love them together.

that death with wesley, i always link it with his throat getting cut and everybody abandoning him. i think it really destroyed him being at the bottom of a hole and rather than get support from friends he got scorned. when he was dying, he provably still had that wanted to be comforted feeling that he didnt get back then. He so wanted to be consoled and comforted, he let everything go
