Perhaps the real question is why would anyone actually go to the trouble of posting this, much less allow anyone else to post it? People are truly bizarre. The girl who's doing that much really love that guy, lol. That takes a strong stomach.
 
I like how the girl pretty much treats it like someone killed the pope. she at first screams"YOURE GONNA DIE"with all the over exageratted delivery skill and absurdity of william shatner and adam west reading finnegans wake outloud then towards the end she seems like she is literally going to be in a fetal position screaming "I CANT GET THE IMAGES OUT OF MY MIIIIIIIND".

Ew. But the grossest thing is both are stupid, the guy should have gone to the hospital, get medical help, not letting himself being cut in the kitchen. Could be something worst than a bag of fat.

Hell yeah he should have gone to a hospital! That was not a pimple, that was a freakin boil. Ain't no way I would let anyone cut me with a scalpel like that! EW
The worst thing about it is that, the way that they drained the thing, it'll be back just as bad in a couple of months. Assuming that it's nothing more serious than an engorged sweat gland, the ONLY way to get rid of it is to have the entire thing removed, not just drained. I know, because I had one just like that on my back that had to be removed a couple of years ago.
 
Apparently diabetics tend to have issues with zits like that, and ingrown hairs that get worse. Mr. Bear used to work with a guy who routinely had to go get hairs removed from his back that had bases an inch in diameter and had infected to the point that he had to take a general antibiotic.
 
Ewwwwww.... That is so nasty. I can't even imagine letting something get that big once, much less multiple times. 🙁
That was definitely not a zit. That was a boil or a cyst or something... That guy was a complete idiot to let his girlfriend cut him open like that. 🙁

This guy has a boil on his back that his girlfriend cuts open with a scalpel in attempt to drain it. There is probably enough junk coming out to fill up a small cup. EW.
