The Happiness Thread

I met a guy at a festival that I've been talking to for a long time now and we seemed to get along rather well. Hoping that things remain good, its nice to have butterflies again after so long. 🙂

Oh and the new Bronze theme is awesome.
 
New shoes! I'm almost ashamed to say how many pairs of shoes I've bought in the last two days. But new shoes always make me happy anyway, and I got REALLY good deals. 😀 Buffy would be proud.
 
Today I went to a Job Fair...it was pure crap cause all I was being told was "Fill it out online..."

But what made me happy about going was...

I was just watching a video of the James Marsters Q&A at Supernova Perth and James just said Sullivan is a giant Whovian who is always calling his dad just after he watches online saying "YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT!" As if I didn't love Sullivan enough already. *sigh*
 
My mum just lent me some money so I can book my hotel room for Vampire Ball
 
For a while it seemed that my dad's health had so many problems (all because of smoking), and he was at really big risk. He needs surgery which is a problem with something he has, because he might die in the surgery.
Anyway, he's seen many doctors in the past few months, and yesterday he got some good news. The problem he had in his heart is false. So he's in much much better condition then everybody thought. He's not really healthy still, but it's much much better than what was first thought.

YAY! I'm so glad. I know what it's like to worry about a parent's healt (mom has MS and dad is a cancer survior). It sucks. Hang in there

I'm glad your dad isn't as bad as some of the doctors thought he was.
I just found out popcorn is a whole grain so it gave me motivation to make kettle corn right on my stove. Pair that with the fact that Im watching RED and you have my reason for being in this thread.
 
A. My boss was nice to me (a first!).
B. He gave some awesome new shoes (and not in a creepy way btw 😉, it's work shoes. Lovely black Reeboks)
C. A client requested to be transfered to me cause she liked me better than the trainer she had. Also awesome 🙂

Thursday I get my diploma, yay.
I'm probably gonna have nightmares about a Buffy-like graduation day, a gigantic snake eating the principle and all.
But I'd be in the snake's team.
 
Amelia Rose, my little baby sister, who didn't remember me at all, is now like seriously best friends with me. I got to dress her up today.

And then when I got online, there was a PM from [MENTION=10363]zobothehobo[/MENTION], which made me smile so big that my stepmom asked me what was going on. 🙂

I am sooooo happy.

Finally finished all my exams!! I get the results on the 18th of August *Fingers Crossed*
