ok getting rather miffed at the high number of England flags on display.

why is it that it takes a gang of overpaid ball kicking morons to draw out national pride?

I am so sick of this "occasional patriotism". It was the same with that rugby wotld cup. Nobody gave a flying s*** until they made it to the final- then the whole country were behind them. Then it was time to be English.

It makes me sick.

Doctors. Doctors save lives everyday. Docters are unpraised super heroes. And yet they are paid dramaticaly lower than these baffoons in tracksuits that kick balls around, and are paid thousands.

I cant find the exact post but on another forum someone posted saying there was a new driving law. Anyone with an IQ under (cant remember the exact number) 70 had to display a white flag with a red cross on it and if your IQ was even lower you have to display more then one.

And yeah I hate this "occasional patriotism" that happens around stuff like this. I mean its okay if you have an England flag up all year round but there are more flags up becasue David Beckham is playing with balls (footballs and his own (if confused look for the cover of "Now") then for St George's day which was just before it all started. I mean I'm not patriot but it would seem more...logical to have one up for St George's day.

I also hate the way the English are over arrogant ("We're going to beat France easily") and yet when they loose they try and use jokes to cover up the fact that in essence we're crappy (One about a hooker and something I cant remember now).

Oh and while kinda on topic the Henmania. I mean fair enough hes okay but every year they act as if hes the second coming. Didn't they see the previous year's attempt?
