Joss is at last going to introduce the character that has had me intrigued eve since I first heard of him, so I just thought I'd propose this for discussion: If YOU were going to create the character known as the Immortal, who or what would you have him be and why?

My idea would be to make him an Incubus demon, a creature of irresistible sexuality who feeds off of the passion of women, much in the same way a vampire feeds on blood. That would explain his reputation with the women, none of whom seemed to have anything negative to say about him.

So, what's your idea?
 
I always thought it would be hilarious for it to be Joss himself playing the role. The character is seen as being this all-powerful, all-knowing god type in the Buffyverse. Who better? 😉

Actually it would be cool on many levels to go with that idea. You have this image of the Immortal being this tall, handsome, muscular guy with an almost mystical quality and personality. Having the character look like Joss would turn that expectation on it's head in a really spectacular way.
 
What a great idea. You should find an artist and do a photoshop comic fanfic in this style by Mogwaid from her art thread.

I would if I had the free time, N4H. Be cool to see it done though so if anyone else wanted to try then feel free to steal the idea. It's out there if anyone wants it! 😉
 
I had never thought of Joss doing a cameo like that, but it's a great idea! If Stan Lee can do it in all the Marvel movies, it's only fair...
