The London Marathon - Anyone going?

Any of the British boarders going along to the London Marathon next weekend?

I control the marshals manning the crossing point on the Embankment, in front of Somerset House.

I have been a marshal for the Marathon for 15 years now & it's always a fun but tiring day.
It's great meeting all the people waiting to cross the track, plus you get a front row seat (well stand) for when the elite runners come through (Even appeared in the background of the TV coverage a couple of times 😎 )

Anyhoo. If any of you good folk are spectating on Sunday, do come & say hello.....it would be nice to meet some fellow board members 🙂

I'll be the dork wearing the 'Team leader' tabard doing all the shouting.... 😀😀

My brother who is a pretty serious runner at his level (has also ran at World Championships Internationally), has taken part in previous years, but don't think he is this year.
And well done Last Watcher for your work there over the years🙂 Things like that can be a lot of fun.
